CADS & AMDA Present The Fashion Event
As part of its commitment to offer yearly educational outreach programs and events, the College of Human Sciences’ Women’s Philanthropy Board (WPB) was excited to kick off the new year with its 2026 winter program, “Building and Sustaining Legacies” that took place Wednesday, Feb. 11 inside The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center.
The 2026 winter program featured keynote speaker Lady Fiona Carnarvon, Countess of Carnarvon and best-selling author of Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey. Lady Fiona, and her husband, George, Earl of Carnarvon, reside in Hampshire, England at Highclere Castle, better known as TV’s Downton Abbey.
Lady Fiona gave attendees a rare look at what it’s like to live in the real Downton Abbey while sharing her insight on stewardship, legacy and paying tribute to those who came before us.
